I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families feel empowered and supported in their authentic identities. I also specialize in working with the loved ones and family members of LGBTQIA+ individuals, offering a safe and affirming space where healing conversations can take place.
Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients explore how thoughts, beliefs, and
behaviors, as well as socio-cultural pressures, and expectations can impact their relationships and emotional well-being. Whether you're navigating a family member’s coming out, exploring your own identity, or facing challenges around gender transition, I work to reduce conflict, foster understanding, and challenge internalized homophobia or transphobia. Together, we can build healthier communication, shift unhelpful thinking patterns, and develop meaningful strategies for connection and support. My goal is to help you strengthen your relationships while honoring each person’s journey with compassion and respect.
Competent health care is something that I take very seriously, and I work each and every day to make a positive impact. Change Your Mind is committed to aiding the Trans and Gender Nonconforming / Nonbinary community in finding resources and having access to support as they explore authenticity in their life.
