Chronic Health Management

As both a therapist living with chronic illness and someone who personally manages ongoing pain and health decline, I deeply understand how overwhelming it can feel when your body doesn’t cooperate the way you want it to. My own experience shapes my compassionate, cognitive-behavioral centered approach to therapy for chronic health problems and pain management.
I specialize in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and self hypnosis for chronic pain and overall health decline, helping clients develop effective coping strategies, mindfulness techniques, and self-compassion. I know how isolating and exhausting health challenges can be, and I also know that small, consistent steps can improve emotional and physical well-being. This approach is ideal for individuals seeking counseling for chronic illness, pain management therapy, and emotional support for long-term health conditions. In our work together, you’ll find a supportive environment where your experience is validated and understood—not only by professional expertise but also by my lived experience of managing chronic illness. We will focus on practical tools, realistic health goals, and strengthening your resilience. By integrating compassion, CBT, and holistic strategies, we’ll create a path forward that restores hope, empowers self-care, and supports your mental health journey.
